01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing goic7.top, downloading the IC7 Game app, or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

02 Eligibility

To use IC7 Game, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are not a resident of any restricted state listed below.
• Your use of the Service does not breach any law that applies to you.
• You are accessing the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or over and that you are not a resident of any of the states listed above. We reserve the right to request proof of age or residency at any time, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

03 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when you register.
• One account per person. Duplicate or multiple accounts may be suspended or closed, and associated bonuses forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• Accounts are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or shared.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account held in your own name.

04 User Conduct

When using IC7 Game, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, automation or any software to interact with the Service.
• Attempt to manipulate, exploit or reverse-engineer game outcomes or the platform.
• Exploit a bug, glitch or error rather than reporting it to us.
• Use the Service for money laundering, fraud or any other unlawful purpose.
• Create multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once.
• Access the Service through a VPN or proxy in order to disguise your location.
• Harass, abuse or threaten other users, our staff, or our community moderators.
• Impersonate IC7 Game, our staff, or any other person.

Breaching any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and forfeiture of any associated balance or bonus.

05 Bonus Terms — Welcome Bonus Up To ₹10,000

The following apply to all bonus offers, including the welcome bonus:

• Bonuses are available to new, eligible players only, and only once per person, household, device or payment method.
• Bonus credit is subject to wagering requirements that must be met before it, or winnings derived from it, can be withdrawn.
• The exact bonus value, wagering multiple, qualifying games and expiry period are shown in the app at the point you claim, and those in-app terms prevail.
• Bonus credit may expire if unused within the stated period.
• Some games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — toward wagering requirements.
• We may withdraw, amend or cancel a bonus offer at any time, including where we reasonably suspect abuse.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through multiple accounts voids the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

No promotion offered by IC7 Game guarantees a win. Any advertising suggesting a guaranteed return has not come from us and should not be relied upon.

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits are credited to your wallet once the payment is confirmed by the processor.
• Withdrawals are paid to a linked bank account held in your own name.
• Under normal circumstances, withdrawals typically arrive within about 24 hours. This is an expectation, not a guarantee — processing times vary with your bank and with any verification we may need to complete.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, and any applicable bank or processing charges, are displayed in the app.
• We may withhold a withdrawal pending identity or age verification, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for any tax arising from your use of the Service.

07 Responsible Gaming

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Participation involves financial risk, and you may lose the money you play with.
• Gaming can be habit-forming. Please be honest with yourself about how much you're playing.
• Outcomes are determined by certified game engines and are not influenced by your account, balance, history or how much you have lost.
• No strategy, pattern or system can guarantee a win.
• You should only ever play with money you can comfortably afford to lose.

If you would like us to restrict or close your account, contact support and we will act on that request. You don't need to justify it to us.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on goic7.top and within the IC7 Game app — including the IC7 Game name, logo, branding, text, graphics, artwork, interface design and software — is owned by IC7 Game or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Game titles, artwork and engines remain the property of their respective game providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose only.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• We are not liable for losses arising from your use of the Service, including money lost while playing.
• We are not liable for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network outages, device faults or third-party provider failures.
• We are not responsible for the content or conduct of third-party sites and services linked from ours.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

10 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse, if you are found to be ineligible under section 2, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, any bonus credit and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited. Balances legitimately accrued and not subject to an open investigation will be returned to you in accordance with our withdrawal process.

11 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

Gaming laws vary by state. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service is lawful where you live. If it is not, you must not use it.

12 Changes To These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and where changes are significant we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you — through the app or our Telegram community.

Continuing to use IC7 Game after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of them. If you don't accept the changes, stop using the Service and close your account.
